Barbara Casson MSW


Barbara Casson brings over 20 years of frontline experience as a medical social worker. In addition to her expertise as a facilitator and university educator, Barbara excels in the area of interpersonal communication and has an ability to engage diverse audiences.

Her insight and intuition support candid and constructive dialogue in group discussions; her willingness to ask the difficult questions enables clients to explore and resolve issues that can hamper both personal and team growth. An astute observer of group dynamics and interpersonal relationships, Barbara brings a clarity and honesty to her interactions, which encourages teams to have conversations that matter.

Marcia Choi M.Sc. SLP(C)


Marcia Choi, facilitator, university educator and speech-language pathologist, has 20 years of experience with healthcare teams with content expertise in interprofessional practice. Her keen attention to team process, exceptional leadership skills and her ability to synthesize diverse viewpoints ensure that team discussions produce meaningful decisions and outcomes.

A diplomatic and pragmatic optimist, Marcia's ability to clearly chart and guide team structure and development are invaluable assets to their programs and services.
