Foundations for Women Leaders

Recalibrating & Reframing Female Strengths: Foundations for Women Leaders

February 11, March 8, May 6 or June 14, 2011

"As a woman in a leadership role, your ability to have a positive impact depends a lot more on what you are thinking, and how you are being rather than what you are doing"

Designed for all women currently in leadership roles, this session is ideal for those would like to increase their personal and organizational influence.

In a small and private setting, you will;

  • Gain realistic strategies and the self knowledge required to lead others effectively and authentically
  • Honestly and objectively identify your personal strengths
  • Learn how to avoid common pitfalls experienced by today's women leaders
  • Realize how personal values, gender and generational factors impact and affect your leadership style

The workshop will maintain a balance of content, reflective evaluation, focused dialogue and shared learning from other women leaders.

9:00-4:00.

Lunch is provided.

Workshop Fee: $334.88 (includes HST)

"The day was such a treat, and I truly love this type of opportunity as it allows me to focus on personal/professional growth! This is the type of discussion that I enjoy bringing to my staff. Thank you so much for your insights, the information you provided and the thought you provoked!" Jill Brekker – workshop participant
