Developed specifically for couples preparing for marriage in a church, Communicating to Connect ™  is a newly designed, relevant workshop that provides couples the practical tools to build a strong, resilient partnership based on open communication and trust.

Using a dynamic online inventory, couples will have the opportunity to explore how they communicate in order to deepen their understanding of each other and to navigate the difficult conversations that are inevitable in any modern day marriage.

In an engaging and relaxed environment, couples will gain practical skills to enhance their communication and relationship, including;

A greater understanding and appreciation of their own and their partner’s perspective and communication needs

A shared and common language to deepen marital conversation and emotional intimacy

An opportunity to explore their individual values and co-create a blueprint for their marriage which incorporates evolving values, needs and life goals

Realistic strategies to effectively communicate about challenging topics and conflict

All sessions will be facilitated by Barbara Casson and Marcia Choi, and include breaks and a light lunch/supper.
